Blind Fire

In the early 21st century, amid rising tensions between law enforcement and the citizens they were sworn to protect, the 'Justicia Act' is enacted to end claims of race based brutality and discrimination. This act establishes a new form of law enforcement agent, know as 'Knights', who follow the maxim 'Justice is Blind'. Using a specially designed suit, a Knight can only perceive his or her environment via echolocation, preventing profiling based on anything but the actions of those around them.
